SUMMARY:
It's a visual glitch on wayland and X11 when I move windows or resize them and
it happens on both monitors equally. The glitch is as you can see in the
attached gif but it varies. They can show an older frame of a window on the
whole screen or just a smaller random part of it. There can be a black screen,
mostly encountered on steam or flickering as well. Usually the glitch persists
until you move the cursor on the glitching window or a different window on top
of the one glitching.
The visual glitch is not present from the moment I boot my system but it
happens progressively over time and it stays until restart or re-log.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
There are no steps, it just naturally happens after some use. 

OBSERVED RESULT:
Windows visualy glitching.

EXPECTED RESULT:
The glitch should not be present.
