SUMMARY
System Upgrade unable to complete due to error (below). Tried deleting
indicated file, tried to uninstall Color Picker, tried to upgrade three times.
Possible related issue: Gwenview unable to launch, uninstall failed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click Update All
2. After install, message below
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Failed to update 1 package Error while installing package: trying to overwrite
'/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libkColorPicker.so.0', which is also in package
libkcolorpicker0 

EXPECTED RESULT
Successful Upgrade
