pop up message of qbitorrent doesn't allowing to restart (one restart try),
after second try, freezes

qbitorrent (and others maybe) doesnt allow me to restart the pc, need to use
power button of keyboard because if I try more than one time, the pc freezes

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use qbitorrents (it seems)
2. try to restart
3. try to restart again, and it freezes

OBSERVED RESULT
cant restart and freezes

EXPECTED RESULT
restart easy
