Thanks for the bug report, but SDDM is not a KDE projects and bugs in SDDM need
to be reported at https://github.com/sddm/sddm/issues. In this case there is no
need since a bug report in SDDM already exists:
https://github.com/sddm/sddm/issues/1767.

For Fedora 39, the Fedora folks are simply hiding the chooser, since it's
inaccurate right now and the correct layout is in fact being used.
