SUMMARY
So there is dedicated setting in plasma to enable grab scrolling with middle
mouse which simulates kind of android behaviour, it works across most menus,
but sadly it doesn't work in dolphin file manager, there press and hold middle
mouse just selects same as left mouse button. I hope this kind of feature could
be expanded to work everywhere, or in as much places as possible for
consistancy, and making plasma more pen tablet friendly. Thank you for making
KDE great again.
