I'm new to reporting KDE/Plasma bugs. Couldn't find a previous report. Didn't
really know against which app I should report this. Sorry about all that.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in to my desktop, Wayland
2. Press META-1 (or 2 etc)
3. Nothing happens

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
Pressing META-1 should start Dolphin, META-2 should start Chromium (on my
setup)
