SUMMARY
Possibly the same as 438996

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Resize Koko so that the sidebar has a scrollbar

OBSERVED RESULT
The selection colour of the sidebar item goes underneath the scrollbar

EXPECTED RESULT
The scrollbar has its own distinct background colour
