Given the consistent pattern, I'm somewhat confident this is a Chromium or
Electron issue, and not something KDE code is causing. I would recommend
reporting it upstream.

In general, when you have problems with apps, it's best to report bugs for the
apps' developers, not the desktop environment in which the app is run.
