As you see in the video, the cursor doesn't show the animation for loading

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login with Wayland Sesion
2. Open System Settings
3. Click on appearance and the select the sub menus

OBSERVED RESULT  You'll notice that the cursor animation for loading does not
work


EXPECTED RESULT The cursor should show a loading animation which it does not.
