Bug ID: 467975
Summary: KDE Application menu: Weird sorting issues
Classification: I don't know
Product: kde
Version: unspecified
Platform: Fedora RPMs
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: general
Assignee: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
Reporter: amanita+KDEBUGS at mailbox.org
Target Milestone: ---
SUMMARY
The search sorts really weird. It loads certain things later and skips to
these, not staying in the top shown element with the selector.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install libreoffice and libretube flatpak
2. search for "libre" in the appmenu
3. for me libretube is below libreoffice, but the selector is on libretube
which is not the first element.
This is extremely confusing and made me open wrong apps often.
OBSERVED RESULT
Weird selector issues, elements loading at different times.
EXPECTED RESULT
Select the top element of the list always. Maybe wait with display until all
are loaded
