STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. make panel vertical and floating, and to the left edge.
2. open downloaded video or image on full screen
3. notice slight gap bar appears on the right side of the screen.

OBSERVED RESULT
screen is not completely full screen on QT apps. A slight gap appears where the
background wallpaper is showing

EXPECTED RESULT
no gap should appear.
