I think this has something to do with the window management on KDE Desktop. I
looked around the repositories a bit, but couldn't really see where this part
is implemented (still new to the structure and the 1100 repositories :v). Could
anyone point me to the repository / code place where the Primary monitor is set
when changing it in system settings?
