Why? It worked perfectly well before and it's a usability regression for anyone
who doesn't want to fullscreen it on a widescreen monitor.

If I hadn't already switched so much of my use over to ncdu for the more
reliable "only re-scans the disk when explicitly asked"-ness, I'd probably
write a patch to just strip it out and maintain my own build.
