SUMMARY
Keyboard layout switcher silently disappears from trash and cancel to select
layout  two - three  times in a day.

OBSERVED RESULT
No language switching.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Исчезает возможность переключить язык без каких - либо действий с моей стороны,
исчезает значок выбранного языка из трея.
