Descripion in English not in German

SUMMARY
The Strings for the weather are in english instead of german. I have checked
the strings in kweathercore and the translated strings are there. 



STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Set Localisation to German
2.  Start application
3.  

OBSERVED RESULT
"Partly Cloudy"

EXPECTED RESULT
"Teilweise bewölkt"
