If the output and outcome of running `sudo systemctl enable spice-vdagentd` is
different between Ubuntu/Kubuntu and Neon, that's due to either differences in
those distros' Systemd versions and configurations, or differences in the
service files for spice which come from the app that provides them, not any KDE
software code. Moving to Neon.
