It shows two things:
1. The name of the currently-playing media, or "Paused"
2. the current playback time

#1 can be moved into the window title, which would also be nice in general to
make the text more descriptive for users of traditional Task Managers

#2 can be displayed beside or below the plsyback scrubber, which is the more
typical UI style for media playback apps
