Black boxed icons

SUMMARY
I have this weird bug where some GTK apps icons installed with flatpak are
wrapped inside a black box, its somewhat annoying

OBSERVED RESULT
Some icons have are wrapped within a black box (like solanum)

EXPECTED RESULT
Just the icons graphics are displayed (like in flatseal)
