Duplicates the wallpaper

I have noticed that in some distributions, such as openSUSE or Fedora KDE
Plasma, it is possible to find a duplicate of some wallpaper. I do not know why
this is necessary and whether it can be considered a bug. As for KDE Neon and
Kubuntu LTS 22.04, I have not noticed any duplicate wallpaper in these
distributions. I will also back up the material here for clarity of this
situation.
