Whenever I use KDE for an extensive time, it sometimes can happen that the UI
glitches out and everything becomes blurry. In the attachment you can see the
top bar (blue blur), the application launcher and latte dock.
This can happen when the compositor is enabled or disabled.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Wait for it to happen. It often triggers for me when I press the meta key.

OBSERVED RESULT
UI elements get blurry and the PC is unusable.

EXPECTED RESULT
UI to work fine

Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux with 5.18.10-xanmod1-1-haswell (64-bit)
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.95.0
Qt Version: 5.15.5

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
EVGA GTX 960 SSC 4GB GPU running on latest proprietary nvidia drivers.
This issue exists for me at least since KDE 5.21 and Linux kernel v5.12.
