SUMMARY
Once picked up, a window icon can only be dropped in select positions.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable grouping
2. Enable manual sorting
3. Open several windows of the same application (tested with Firefox and
Chromium)
4. Using the mouse, try to drag and drop a particular instance

OBSERVED RESULT
You cannot drop the window between any other two instances of the same
application. It seems to always let you drop at the beginning or end of the
group, but sometimes you can drop between other windows, too.

EXPECTED RESULT
You should be able to drop a picked up window between any other two instances.

I think this may have been introduced as recently as the last KDE point
release, but I'm only like 90% sure.
