Clicking "close" button (and "keep above" button) on certain windows shows
visual feedback that it is being clicked, but takes two clicks to close. Keep
above button also takes two clicks.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a System Settings window.
2. Click the "close" or "keep above"
3. Profit. No, I'm kidding, there's no money in this.
OBSERVED RESULT
Button blinks to show that it is being clicked, but does not close/keep above
until clicked a second time.
EXPECTED RESULT
Window should close or stay above others. Minimize seems to work as expected.
Haven't tested other functions.
