i'm closing this specific bug, as with newer versions of plasma there is no
need any more to set mouse/touchpoint/touchpad handedness by script -
systemsettings does what is required for me.
I think the problem was, that libinput being fed by script and systemsettings
using the 'old style' of applying handedness was the culprit.
Using plasma 5.23.5 all is fine so far
