SUMMARY
When I change any setting in display settings for a specific display, it
freezes (the second on works).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open display settings
2. Change any setting (e.g., refresh rate)
OBSERVED RESULT
The screen that you changed settings for freezes, but you can still move your
mouse into its place and can take focus (you can't do anything with it.
Applications do not get launched.).
