I am not trying. I am pressing buttons with Wacom pen and it looks like
wiggling on video.

What I expect to happen? I expect to save my choice and move to next shortcut,
which I can't do, because I can't press any buttons. I need to change windows
with Alt+Tab, for example, to make it happen. You can see changing windows on
video.

I wrote already what I do and what is happening. Everybody knows how to assign
shortcuts and what expect while doing it.

Everything worked perfectly before upgrade. I have Kubuntu 21.04 on VM without
upgrade and all works as it should.

Maybe it's a Wacom problem and you do not have this issue with mouse.
