Reproducible on x11 too.

QClipboard does get notified when clipboard is emptied.

It will add a noticable amount of overhead to have apps update and check, we
hit a noticeable slowdown with QQuickTextInputs check. If someone makes a one
line obvious fix in KStandardActions, please check that properly.
