These options come from XKB itself; you would have to submit a merge request at
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xkeyboard-config/xkeyboard-config/-/merge_requests/

However I tried doing this recently and got rejected:

I get the sense that they aren't interested in adding any new options and they
seem to think that the number of existing options available was a mistake.
