Overview with generic Wayland icon

SUMMARY
Once VS Code is started in Wayland mode, it has the Wayland logo in the
overview.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open VS Code with command "/usr/share/code/code
--enable-features=UseOzonePlatform --ozone-platform=wayland`
2. Notice that the VS Code icon shows in taskbar
3. Notice that the Wayland generic icon shows instead of VS Code in the
overview. See screenshot.
