SUMMARY
When a program is maximized and I drag it somewhere else,then the problem is
that it has the same size from the maximized state and many times when I try to
maximize it by pressing the button or pushing it to the top,it just says where
it is.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a non gtk window
2. grab it and drag it
3. try to maximize it
