SUMMARY
Please eliminate invisible scrollbars and disappearing scrollbars.  User
interface items should be visible so that we know where to click.  What do you
think you are achieving by hiding scrollbars?

Also, make the scrollbars wider.  It's more difficult to get the mouse pointer
on a skinny scrollbar.
