SUMMARY
Id like an option to clone the taskbar on each new monitor as they are added or
removed from the system.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add task bar to main monitor
2. Plugin second monitor
3. No task bar on the new monitor

OBSERVED RESULT
as above

EXPECTED RESULT
An option to automatically clone the task bar.
