STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change the minimize applet to the 'Minimize all Windows' option (the 'Show
Desktop' option doesn't have a blue bar)
2. Click the 'Minimize all Windows' icon
3. The blue bar above the icon will be misaligned with the top of the panel

OBSERVED RESULT
The blue bar above the icon will be misaligned with the top of the panel

EXPECTED RESULT
The blue bar above the icon will be properly aligned with the top of the panel
