There is a global action called "MinimizeAll" in the Shortcuts page. You can
assign whatever shortcut you want.

Not that the "Show Desktop" effect has a default shortcut of Meta+D, and it
also shows the desktop, just in another way.

Given that there is already a default shortcut for a different means of showing
the desktop, and that you can assign whatever shortcut you want to the
"Minimize All" effect, I don't think anything needs to be done here.
