SUMMARY: [KDE Neon] When changing the Regular font from Noto sans arabic to
Noto sans, the outline of the font names disappears

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the system settings and go to the appearance section.
2. Click the appearance button.
3. Change the regular font from Noto sans to Noto sans arabic
4. Close the System Settings window.
5. Open the System Settings window.
6. Select the external section.
7. Change the normal font from Noto sans arabic to Noto sans.Expected result:
The font names will be located in the icons with an outline.Actual result: the
stroke around the font names disappears.

OBSERVED RESULT: the outline around the font names disappears.


EXPECTED RESULT: the font names will be located in the icons with an outline.
