I'm afraid these are all going to be separate issuesm and we cannot fix them
all in one place.

For example:
- The issue in Dolphin is going to end up requiring a fix in the base
KPageDialog component.
- The issue in Kirigami-based multi-page apps with sidebars like Discover is
going to end up needing a fix in Kirigami, to make the separator "float" and
not touch the line below it
- The issue in system settings is basically not fixable :(

Can you please file new bug reports, one for each issue you discover? Thanks!
