            Bug ID: 426282
Summary: KFind crashes on 'Open containing folder(s)' when
                    Dolphin is not installed
           Product: kfind
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: unspecified
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Keywords: drkonqi
          Severity: crash
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
          Reporter: honza.klos at gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

Application: kfind (20.08.1)

Qt Version: 5.15.0
Frameworks Version: 5.73.0
Operating System: Linux 5.8.7-1-MANJARO x86_64
Windowing system: X11
Distribution: Manjaro Linux

-- Information about the crash:
- What I was doing when the application crashed:
1. Clicked 'Open containing folder(s)'
2. Funnily enough, Krusader DOES get opened at the correct directory, so the
menu entry actually works - it jsut crashed KFind right after that

- Custom settings of the application:
Uninstalled Dolphin - my default FM is Krusader. Everything works with Dolphin,
but even though directories are associated with Krusader, KFind starts Dolphin
instead, not respecting the association.

It would be nice if KFind respected file associations and utilized the default
file manager even when Dolphin IS installed.

The crash can be reproduced every time.

-- Backtrace:
Application: KFind (kfind), signal: Segmentation fault
