SUMMARY
Multiple Components/Processes crash when unplugging an external monitor.

Discover-Notifications (Discover-Benachrichtigungen)
KDE Connect-Service (KDE Connect-Dienst)
Dr Konqi (Die KDE-Absturzbehandlung)
(Note after closing the all Dr Konqi Windows and pressing on "Restart
application" where available, only KDE Connect-Service and kactivitymanagerd
will crash/show Dr Konqi windows)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install KDE Neon
2. Plug in an external monitor and then plug it out
OBSERVED RESULT
Multiple Components/Processes crash
Everything works fine if you plug in an external monitor until you plug it out
EXPECTED RESULT
They shouldn´t crash
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE neon 5.20 User Edition
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.75.0
Qt Version: 5.15.0
Kernel Version: 5.4.0-51-generic
(Wayland is being used/selected on the login screen)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Monitor Configuration: A cheap No-Name Mini-Display Port to HDMI/VGA/DVI Dongle
that is connected to an external Monitor using HDMI.
Device used: Microsoft Surface Pro 1 i5 (1st Gen)
