SUMMARY
Mouse cursor settings are not followed on Chromium snap application.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set cursor style
2. Installed Chromium snap package

OBSERVED RESULT
Mouse cursor does not follow style settings, reverting to basic black pointer

EXPECTED RESULT
Cursor follows style set in KDE Settings
