SUMMARY
The 🏳️‍⚧️ emoji (transgender flag) displays as 🏳️‍⚧ in all KDE apps.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install a color emoji font, such as Noto Emoji Color or Twemoji Color.
2. Try to type the 🏳️‍⚧️ emoji in any KDE program (Dolphin, Konsole, etc.). 
3. Watch as it displays 🏳️‍⚧ instead.

OBSERVED RESULT
🏳️‍⚧ is displayed.

EXPECTED RESULT
🏳️‍⚧️ is displayed.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The emoji in question displays correctly in some non-KDE programs, such as
kitty and Firefox, so I know this is a problem with KDE apps and not the system
as a whole.
