SUMMARY
If I set the clock to be updated automatically, apply the setting, and then
untick it, plasma will throw an error pop up.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click the clock in the taskbar.
2. Select "Adjust Date and Time"
3. Tick "Set date and time automatically".
4. Click "Apply".
5. Uncheck the previous checkbox.
6. Click "OK"

OBSERVED RESULT
Throws error: "Unable to set current time"

EXPECTED RESULT
Should leave the time as to what it synchronized with the setting, but don't do
any further synchronization.
