[kde] [Bug 428886] KDE applications' system-tray icons are not shown on Cinnamon desktop enviornment

Apparently, that is how each of these applications behaves:

- Kalarm shows an icon if there is an upcoming alarm within the specified time,
but otherwise hides it.

- Ktorrent, and Kget show an icon if there's an active download.

- Kdeconnect shows an icon if it's paired with another machine.

But on KDE desktop environment you can show the hidden system-tray icons, but
that is not possible on Cinnamon DE.
