Could reproduce, but could not gather more info on this. Not sure if
plasmashell should report something, or some other process. It might be
something to do like Freddie wrote, that it's Qt based. For example I have one
more app that is not from KDE, but is Qt based and it's context menu in tray
does not appear at all. That is Telegram 2.1.13 and I'm pretty sure before it
had context menu.
