I tested with an external DAC + AMP, (which Blue Yeti has internally) and it
seems to work fine with balanced audio out to my headphones with no issues. So
this also eliminates any problem with the PC (mobo) hardware and USB port.

The other device I used for testing is the FiiO BTR5, connected in the same
fashion to the PC using a USB cable and the headphone connects to the device
headphone jack.
