It turned out there is a mistake on Neon.
When I downloaded and installed the Neon disk image for 2020-01-07 to check
this problem, there was no error.
Then I updated the newly installed system and turned it off.
Now Neon loaded again, hoping to see the difference in console output.
It turned out that after the Neon update this error appeared. :(
