[kde] [Bug 429742] the transgender flag emoji doesn't display correctly in any KDE app, but it's there in the emoji selector.

The fontconfig is in order (it points to the correct spot, where the requisite
font files are.) Again, this is the only emoji that doesn't work. Every other
one I can think to try works fine.
