SUMMARY
Right mouse click on the non-Qt tray icons is remembered until left button is
clicked on the panel.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run a non-Qt application which displays a tray icon (e.g. Dropbox or any
Electron app).
2. Right-click on this icon so menu appears.
3. Click anywhere on desktop so popup menu disappears.
4. Left-click or right-click on any of the icons on the panel (tray icons,
pinned apps, etc).
OBSERVED RESULT
The popup menu appears that belongs to this non-Qt app.
EXPECTED RESULT
Proper action triggers or menu appears for a clicked icon.

Linux/KDE Plasma: openSUSE Tumbleweed

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This only happens with non-Qt app icons (Gtk?).
