SUMMARY
Document icons not showing correctly in recent documents

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. go to the main menu -> History -> scroll down to the end.

OBSERVED RESULT
I see generic document icons for home, documents, desktop, and downloads.

EXPECTED RESULT
The relevant document icon being show, which is the same as those that I see on
my desktop.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: openSUSE TW (latest)
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.16.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.61.0
Qt Version: 5.13.1
