           Summary: Abrupt night mode switch
           Product: systemsettings
           Version: 5.17.1
          Platform: Manjaro
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED

          Reporter: michal.dybczak at gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY

Today's at 18:45 (my system booted a few minutes before) I saw a sudden
desktop's color change for the night mode.
It's either a bug or a flaw in the design. I'm used to Redshift which made the
switch gradually.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot into the system with night mode on at a time where there is already
dark and night mode should be on.
2. Wait a few minutes.

OBSERVED RESULT

3. See the abrupt change which doesn't look good.

EXPECTED RESULT

Gradual, nice to eye change.
