SUMMARY
When I click on external links in applications like VSCode, a pop-up appears
with "ERROR: KIO client <4>/ The file or folder http://localhost:8000/ does
not exist"
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. echo http://localhost:8000/ in the KDE console
2. Hold CTRL and click on the link
3. The same message is produced, only without "error: kio client <number>
