I found something out. This line comes from "new tab" button. Without it,
disappears. It is also visible when tabs are at the bottom. This time below
icon, and almost match tab bottom boundary line, so is less visible.

Similar line appear when close tab button is added besides tab, however this
time line hide below tabs (is visible only above button).

In every of this cases, this buttons seems to not be separated properly from
tabs.

And, I'm not convinced that this is oxygen issue...
